The TPS74701DRCR is a 500-mA low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator from Texas Instruments with programmable soft-start. It features an ultra-low input voltage range down to 0.8 V, 50 mV typical dropout at 500 mA, and 2% accuracy over line, load, and temperature, packaged in a tiny 3 mm × 3 mm VSON-10.
