The TPS54335ADDAR from Texas Instruments is a 4.5 V to 28 V input, 3 A output synchronous step-down (buck) DC-DC converter with integrated 128 mOhm and 84 mOhm MOSFETs. It features Eco-mode for light-load efficiency, adjustable switching frequency from 50 kHz to 1.5 MHz, and a fixed 2 ms soft-start. The device is housed in an 8-pin HSOIC (DDA) package with PowerPAD for enhanced thermal performance.
