The TLV9101SIDBVR is a Texas Instruments 36V single CMOS operational amplifier optimized for precision and low noise. It combines 4.5 nV/sqrt(Hz) input voltage noise with 1 pA input bias current, making it ideal for both low-impedance and high-impedance signal sources. The 1.4 MHz gain bandwidth and 100 dB open-loop gain provide excellent DC and AC precision. The rail-to-rail output maximizes dynamic range in single-supply systems. The wide 4.5V to 36V supply range supports direct operation from industrial 24V rails or dual-battery packs. The 0.25 mV typical offset voltage ensures accuracy in precision measurement circuits. Packaged in tiny SOT-23-5 rated for -40C to +125C.

The TLV9101 uses a CMOS input stage for ultra-low 1 pA input bias current, critical for high-impedance sensor interfaces. The input stage incorporates chopper-stabilized offset trimming to achieve 0.25 mV typical offset voltage. The output stage uses a class AB CMOS push-pull configuration for rail-to-rail output swing. The 4.5 nV/sqrt(Hz) input noise density is achieved through careful input pair sizing and bias current optimization. Internal compensation provides unity-gain stability. The 100 dB open-loop gain ensures high accuracy in closed-loop configurations with moderate feedback factors.
