The TLV9101SIDBVR is a Texas Instruments single 16V general-purpose operational amplifier in a 6-pin SOT-23 package with shutdown capability. The +/-300uV typical input offset voltage and +/-0.6uV/C drift provide DC precision suitable for sensor signal conditioning and measurement applications. The 1.1MHz GBW and 4.5V/us slew rate support moderate-speed signal processing. The 110dB CMRR is exceptionally high for a 16V RRIO amplifier, providing excellent common-mode noise rejection in industrial environments. The rail-to-rail input and output capability maximizes dynamic range in single-supply systems. The 120uA quiescent current per amplifier enables low-power operation, and the shutdown feature reduces IQ to 0.5uA for battery-powered and power-sequencing applications. The +/-80mA short-circuit current provides robust output drive for driving low-impedance loads. The 77dB EMIRR at 1.8GHz provides immunity to high-frequency EMI in RF-hostile environments. The S-temperature grade extends operation to -40C to +125C. The IDBV suffix indicates SOT-23-6 with shutdown pin. Packaged in SOT-23-6 rated for -40C to +125C.

The TLV9101 uses a CMOS input stage with chopper-stabilized offset correction to achieve the +/-300uV offset and +/-0.6uV/C drift specifications. The rail-to-rail input stage uses complementary PMOS and NMOS input pairs that cover the full supply range. The chopper technique periodically samples and nulls the input offset, storing the correction in an auto-zero capacitor. The output stage uses a class-AB push-pull CMOS configuration that swings to both supply rails. The 1.1MHz GBW is set by the dominant-pole compensation. The 4.5V/us slew rate is achieved by the available current to charge the compensation capacitor during large-signal transients. The shutdown pin (SHDN) disables the amplifier output and reduces IQ to 0.5uA. When SHDN is low, the output is high-impedance, allowing wire-OR multiple amplifiers. The 110dB CMRR results from the chopper-stabilized input stage that continuously nulls common-mode-induced offset variations.
