The TLP785(D4-GRL,F from Toshiba is a transistor-output optocoupler consisting of a GaAs infrared LED optically coupled to a silicon phototransistor in a 4-pin DIP package. It provides 5000 Vrms isolation voltage and a current transfer ratio (CTR) of 100-200% (GRL rank). The D4 option includes VDE approval per EN 60747-5-2 for reinforced insulation applications.
