The TLE7250G from Infineon is a CAN transceiver, 5V, 1Mbps, DSO-8, AEC-Q100 in a DSO-8 package. It is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.

The CAN transceiver provides the physical layer between the CAN protocol controller and the physical bus. It drives the CANH and CANL differential signals and receives bus data. The transceiver includes protection against electrical faults, ESD, and automotive transients. CAN FD variants support data rates up to 5Mbps in the data phase.
