The TIP41C is a npn power transistor, 6a, 100v, 65w, complementary to tip42c manufactured by STMicroelectronics. This device is housed in a TO-220 package and operates across a -65°C ~ +150°C. The component meets industry standards for reliability and is suitable for demanding applications.

The NPN power transistor operates as a current-controlled device. A small base current controls a much larger collector current flow.
