It integrates a Cortex-M4 at 64 MHz for application processing and a Cortex-M0+ at 32 MHz for real-time radio operation, with 1 MB Flash, 256 KB SRAM, and a 2.4 GHz multi-protocol radio supporting Bluetooth 5.3, Thread, and Zigbee.
