It features 1 MB of dual-bank Flash memory and 256 KB of SRAM including 64 KB of Core Coupled Memory (CCM) for time-critical data. (3) The DMA2D (Chrom-ART Accelerator) performs 2D memory-to-memory transfers with pixel format conversion, blending, and filling without CPU intervention, dramatically accelerating GUI rendering. (4) The FMC provides a 32-bit data bus interface to external memories, supporting SDRAM up to 120 MHz for frame buffer and NOR Flash for code shadowing. (5) Three 12-bit ADCs can operate independently or in triple interleaved mode for 7.2 MSPS aggregate throughput. (6) The power management system operates from 1.7 V to 3.6 V with sleep, stop, and standby modes.
