The STM32F030C6T6TR from ST is an ARM Cortex-M0 MCU at 48MHz with 32KB Flash and 4KB SRAM in LQFP-48. Provides 39 I/O, 12-bit 16-channel ADC, 2x USART, 1x SPI, 1x I2C, and multiple timers. 2.4-3.6V supply with low-power modes. C suffix denotes 48-pin, 6 suffix denotes 32KB Flash, T suffix denotes LQFP package, TR suffix denotes tape-and-reel. Value-line MCU for cost-sensitive embedded designs.

The STM32F030 uses the ARM Cortex-M0 core — a 32-bit RISC processor optimized for low-cost and low-power embedded applications. The 3-stage pipeline executes Thumb instructions, with most 16-bit instructions executing in a single cycle. The Nested Vectored Interrupt Controller (NVIC) provides low-latency interrupt handling. The AHB/APB bus matrix connects the CPU to Flash, SRAM, and peripherals. The 12-bit SAR ADC uses successive approximation with auto-triggering from timer events. The internal 8MHz RC oscillator (HSI) provides a default clock source without external components, and can be multiplied by the PLL to reach 48MHz. The SWD (Serial Wire Debug) interface allows in-circuit debugging and programming.
