The SI2347DS-T1-GE3 from Vishay is a -12V P-channel MOSFET with -3.5A drain current and 45mOhm on-resistance in a SOT-23 package. Using TrenchFET technology, it provides efficient power switching for load switches, battery protection, and DC-DC converter applications.

The P-channel MOSFET conducts when the gate-source voltage is more negative than the threshold voltage. Holes flow from source to drain through the channel. TrenchFET technology uses vertical trench gates to eliminate the JFET region present in planar MOSFETs, significantly reducing on-resistance. The SOT-23 package provides a compact solution for space-constrained designs.
