The S29GL01GT10TFI020 from Infineon is a 1Gb (128MB) parallel NOR flash memory on 45nm MIRRORBIT technology with 100ns random access, 512-byte programming buffer, hardware ECC, 100K cycle endurance, and Advanced Sector Protection in a 56-pin TSOP package.

The S29GL01GT uses Infineon 45nm MIRRORBIT technology where each memory cell stores two bits in physically separated charge storage nodes on opposite sides of the same transistor, doubling density. The parallel interface provides address and data buses for direct random access. Internal ECC detects and corrects single-bit errors.
