The S25FL128SAGNFI001 from Infineon (formerly Cypress) is a 128Mb SPI NOR Flash with 133MHz clock rate in a BGA-24 package. It supports standard, dual, and quad SPI interfaces for reliable code and data storage.

The SPI NOR Flash uses a floating-gate NOR architecture. Read operations send a command and address via the SPI bus. Programming involves a page-program command that raises the threshold voltage of selected floating-gate cells. Erase operations reset blocks or sectors.
