The KOA RK73H1ETTP3303F is a precision anti-sulfuration thick film chip resistor from the RK73H series, offering 330kΩ resistance with ±1% tolerance. Packaged in the 0603 (1608 metric) footprint, it delivers 0.1W power rating with a TCR of ±100 ppm/°C. The anti-sulfuration design uses high sulfuration-proof inner electrode material, making it highly reliable in environments with sulfur-containing atmospheres such as automotive and industrial settings.

The RK73H resistor uses a metal-glaze thick film element on a ceramic substrate with laser trimming for precision resistance values. The anti-sulfuration construction features a special inner top electrode material resistant to silver migration and sulfur corrosion. Nickel barrier terminations provide anti-leaching protection during soldering. The device maintains stable resistance under harsh environmental conditions including high temperature, humidity, and sulfur exposure.
