The Yageo RC0805FR-07100KL is a 100kOhm thick film chip resistor in 0805 package with ±1% tolerance and 1/8W power rating. The 100kOhm value is commonly used in high-impedance bias networks, op-amp feedback, and voltage divider circuits for high-voltage sensing. The 0805 package offers easy handling and 150V working voltage capability.

The RC0805FR-07100KL uses thick film resistive technology with ruthenium oxide-based paste on alumina substrate, laser-trimmed to ±1% tolerance. The higher resistance value is achieved through a longer, narrower resistive path. The 0805 package provides sufficient area for the high-value element while maintaining a compact footprint. The Ni-barrier Sn termination prevents solder leaching and ensures long-term reliability.
