The P522308 (also designated KP522308E) is a 30V, 2A, 500kHz synchronous step-down DC-DC converter from Kiwi Instruments (必易微电子). This device integrates a 72mΩ high-side MOSFET and a 35mΩ low-side MOSFET in a tiny TSOT23-6 package, providing high-efficiency power conversion from 4.5V to 30V input rails. The KP522308E variant operates in forced PWM (FPWM) mode at light loads for fixed-frequency operation and low output ripple, distinguishing it from the KP522302E variant which uses PFM mode. Internal compensation and a 5ms soft-start simplify design.
