The NUD3112DMT1G from onsemi is an integrated relay and inductive load driver in a 6-pin SC-74 (SOT-457) package. It integrates an N-channel MOSFET switch with ESD protection and Zener clamp, eliminating the need for external freewheeling diodes when driving inductive loads such as 12V relay coils up to 6W.
