The onsemi NCP730ASN330T1G is a 150mA CMOS LDO with ultra-low 1uA quiescent current, supporting up to 38V input voltage. The fixed 3.3V output with ±1% accuracy and 290mV dropout makes it ideal for battery-powered always-on applications such as smart meters, home automation, and IoT devices where long battery life is critical.

The NCP730ASN330T1G uses a CMOS LDO architecture with an ultra-low bias current design to achieve the 1uA typical quiescent current. The P-channel MOSFET pass element provides low dropout voltage while drawing negligible gate current. The internal bandgap reference provides the ±1% output accuracy. The built-in soft-start circuit limits inrush current during startup. Current limiting and thermal shutdown protect the device under fault conditions. The enable pin allows shutdown with only 100nA current draw.
