The MPQ2162AGJ-AEC1 is the AEC-Q100 qualified version of the MPQ2162A, a Monolithic Power Systems 18V, 6A fully integrated synchronous step-down converter. It features COT control, selectable 500kHz/800kHz switching frequency, AAM mode, and is designed for automotive POL power applications.

The MPQ2162AGJ-AEC1 is the AEC-Q100 qualified version of the MPS MPQ2162A 18V, 6A synchronous step-down converter. In an ultra-compact QFN-12 (2mm x 3mm) package, it features COT control for fast transient response, AAM mode for light-load efficiency, and selectable 500kHz/800kHz switching frequency. Designed for automotive ADAS, infotainment, and ECU POL power applications, it includes comprehensive protection and pre-bias start-up support.

Same as MPQ2162AGJ-Z with AEC-Q100 qualification. The MPQ2162AGJ-AEC1 uses COT control with adaptive on-time adjustment to maintain target switching frequency. AAM mode reduces switching frequency at light loads for high efficiency. Integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs enable compact solution size. Protection features include OCP with hiccup mode, OVP latch-off, UVP, and thermal shutdown.
