The MAX6751KA46+T is a low-power microprocessor supervisory circuit from Analog Devices with a factory-trimmed 4.63V reset threshold (+/-2% accuracy). The device features capacitor-adjustable reset and watchdog timeout periods, a 128x watchdog timeout extension select input, and draws only 3.7uA supply current. AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications, it operates over the -40 to +125C temperature range and guarantees valid RESET output for VCC down to 1V.

The MAX6751 monitors the VCC supply voltage against a factory-trimmed threshold of 4.63V. When VCC falls below this threshold, the RESET output is asserted. After VCC rises above the threshold, the reset timeout period (set by an external capacitor on the SRT pin) must expire before RESET is de-asserted. The watchdog timer monitors activity on the WDI input; if no transition occurs within the watchdog timeout period (set by an external capacitor on the SWT pin), RESET is asserted. The WDS (Watchdog Select) pin extends the watchdog timeout by 128x when pulled high.
