The LTC4370IDE#PBF from Analog Devices is a dual ideal diode-OR controller with input supply monitoring in a 14-lead DFN (4×3 mm) package. It drives two external N-channel MOSFETs to create near-ideal diodes, reducing power dissipation compared to Schottky diodes while providing reverse-current protection and input supply monitoring for redundant power source ORing.
