The LT8614EUDC#TRPBF from Analog Devices is a 42 V, 4 A synchronous step-down Silent Switcher regulator with ultralow 2.5 µA quiescent current. It features Silent Switcher architecture to minimize EMI emissions while delivering up to 96% efficiency at frequencies up to 3 MHz. The device is housed in an 18-lead 3 mm x 4 mm QFN package with exposed pad and is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
