The L6920D from STMicroelectronics is a high-efficiency step-up DC-DC converter designed for battery-powered applications. Operating from 0.6V to 5.5V input, it can start up from 1.0V and delivers up to 1A output current. With a synchronous rectifier replacing the external Schottky diode, it achieves up to 94% efficiency. Housed in a TSSOP-8 package.
