The ISO7240MDWR from Texas Instruments is a quad-channel 150Mbps digital isolator with all four channels in the same direction (4/0), featuring 2500Vrms isolation, 25kV/μs CMTI, CMOS input thresholds, SiO2 isolation barrier, and operation from 3.3V or 5V supplies in a 16-pin SOIC DW package.
