The GRM188R60J476ME01D uses Murata’s advanced thin-layer forming technology to achieve 47uF capacitance in the 0603 form factor. The X5R dielectric provides a capacitance change rate within ±15% over the operating temperature range. The monolithic multilayer structure consists of interleaved ceramic dielectric layers and internal electrodes, providing low equivalent series resistance (ESR) and low equivalent series inductance (ESL) for effective high-frequency noise suppression.
