The FS32K144HAT0VLLR operates around the ARM Cortex-M4F processor core with a 4-stage pipeline capable of executing most single-cycle instructions at 80 MHz. The FPU accelerates single-precision floating-point operations critical for motor control algorithms (PID, Field-Oriented Control). The bus matrix connects the core to Flash (with cache and prefetch), SRAM, and peripheral bridges. Three FlexCAN modules handle CAN 2.0B and CAN FD communication with up to 64-byte payloads at 8 Mbps. The CSEc security engine performs AES-128 encryption/decryption and secure boot verification independently of the main CPU.
