The FJV992FMTF from onsemi is a PNP epitaxial silicon transistor optimized for audio frequency low-noise amplifier applications. As the complementary PNP pair to the FJV1845 NPN, it features -120V VCEO, -50mA IC, and high hFE (300-800). The SOT-23 package suits compact push-pull audio amplifier designs requiring matched NPN/PNP characteristics.

As a PNP BJT, the FJV992 conducts collector current when the base-emitter junction is forward biased (base lower than emitter). The epitaxial construction provides high breakdown voltage. When paired with the FJV1845 NPN, complementary push-pull amplifier stages can be built with matched gain characteristics.
