The FDMC2523P is a P-Channel enhancement mode power MOSFET from onsemi using proprietary planar stripe DMOS technology. It features -150V drain-source voltage, -3A continuous drain current, and 1.5Ω maximum on-resistance in a compact WDFN-8 (3.3 x 3.3 mm) surface-mount package. Designed for low-voltage switching applications including active clamp, DC-DC converters, and motor control.
