The ESDU5V0H4-TP is a 4-channel ESD protection TVS diode array with 5V working voltage, +/-30kV protection, and ultra-low capacitance for high-speed data line protection.

Each TVS diode channel acts as a fast-acting clamp that is reverse-biased during normal operation. When an ESD transient exceeds the breakdown voltage, the TVS diode avalanches, shunting the transient current to ground and clamping the voltage to a safe level. The low capacitance design (<0.5pF) minimizes signal integrity impact on high-speed data lines. The device resets automatically after the transient passes.
