The CP2104-F03-GMR from Silicon Labs is a highly integrated USB-to-UART bridge controller in a QFN-24 (4x4mm) package. It provides a complete plug-and-play solution with integrated USB 2.0 full-speed transceiver, clock oscillator, voltage regulator, and 1024-byte OTP ROM for USB descriptor customization. The device supports data rates from 300bps to 2Mbps with 4 configurable GPIO pins and royalty-free VCP drivers.

The CP2104-F03-GMR from Silicon Labs is a USB-to-UART bridge in a 4x4mm QFN with integrated transceiver, clock, and OTP ROM, supporting data rates up to 2Mbps.

The CP2104 appears as a Virtual COM Port on the USB host. USB packets are converted to UART format. The 1024-byte OTP ROM stores USB descriptors (VID, PID, serial number) customizable via Silicon Labs CP21xx Customization Utility. The 576-byte TX/RX FIFOs ensure reliable data transfer at high baud rates. VIO pin allows I/O voltage matching down to 1.8V.
