The Samsung CL05A106MP8NNNC is a 10uF MLCC in the ultra-compact 0402 (1005 metric) package, rated at 10VDC with X5R dielectric. This high-capacitance density solution is designed for smartphone PMIC outputs, wearable devices, and other space-constrained portable electronics. The 1.0 x 0.5mm footprint enables maximum design flexibility in high-density PCB layouts.

The CL05A106MP8NNNC uses Samsung’s advanced ceramic technology to achieve 10uF in the minimal 0402 footprint. The X5R dielectric maintains capacitance within ±15% over the -55°C to +85°C range. Samsung’s proprietary dielectric formulation and thin-layer forming processes maximize the number of active ceramic layers within the 0.55mm thickness, enabling the high capacitance density. The low ESR provides effective high-frequency decoupling performance.
