1. CGA Automotive Series: TDK’s CGA (Ceramic for Automotive) series undergoes AEC-Q200 qualification including extended thermal shock, bias humidity, and mechanical vibration testing beyond commercial-grade requirements.

2. X7R Dielectric: Provides ±15% capacitance stability from -55°C to +125°C. The 10nF value at 25V is achieved through multiple thin ceramic layers with interleaved electrodes.
