The C1206C106K8RACTU from KEMET is a 10uF 10V X7R MLCC in a 1206 package. It provides stable capacitance over the -55 to +125 C temperature range for general-purpose decoupling and bypass applications.

The MLCC consists of alternating layers of ceramic dielectric material and inner electrodes. The X7R barium titanate-based dielectric provides a Class II temperature characteristic with moderate capacitance change over temperature. The interleaved electrode structure creates multiple parallel plate capacitors, achieving high capacitance in a compact footprint.
