The BAS40-04-TP from MCC is a dual-series Schottky diode array with 40V reverse voltage, 200mA forward current, 5ns reverse recovery, and 1V max forward voltage in SOT-23-3 for high-speed switching and RF applications.

The Schottky diode uses a metal-semiconductor junction instead of a P-N junction, eliminating minority carrier storage during forward conduction. This results in extremely fast reverse recovery (5ns). The dual series configuration provides two diodes connected in series within a single SOT-23 package.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
