The ADG849YKSZ from Analog Devices is a 3V/5V CMOS SPDT (single-pole, double-throw) analog switch in a tiny SC70-6 package. With ultra-low 0.5 Ω typical on-resistance, 0.13 Ω RON flatness, and 400 mA continuous current capability, it provides minimal signal distortion for audio routing, battery-powered systems, and relay replacement. Break-before-make switching prevents momentary shorting.
