The 74HCT541D from Nexperia is an octal non-inverting buffer/line driver with 3-state outputs and TTL-compatible input levels in an SOIC-20 package. Two active-LOW output enables (OE1, OE2) control all eight outputs. The data flow-through pinout and 6 mA output drive make it ideal for 5V bus buffering, memory I/O port expansion, and TTL-to-CMOS interface applications.
