The BC847BW from Nexperia is a 45V, 100 mA NPN general-purpose bipolar junction transistor in a tiny SOT-323 (SC-70) package. With hFE of 220-475 (B-group), 100 MHz transition frequency, and low 250 mV saturation voltage, it is the NPN complement to the BC857BW PNP transistor. AEC-Q101 qualified (W-Q variant) for automotive applications, ideal for general-purpose switching and amplification in space-constrained designs.
