Product Overview
The CA3140EZ is a 4.5MHz BiMOS operational amplifier manufactured by Renesas Electronics (formerly Intersil). It combines high-voltage PMOS transistors with high-voltage bipolar transistors on a single monolithic chip, providing extremely high input impedance, very low input current, and high-speed performance. The device is pin-compatible with the industry-standard 741 op-amp and operates over a wide supply range of 4V to 36V single supply.
