The TSH94IDT from STMicroelectronics is a quad high-speed voltage feedback operational amplifier offering 70 MHz gain-bandwidth product, 70 V/us slew rate, and 5.5 nV/sqrtHz input voltage noise density. The device operates from single 3 V to 11 V or dual ±1.5 V to ±5.5 V supplies, making it suitable for a wide range of analog signal processing applications. Unity gain stability and 70 mA output drive capability enable direct driving of 75 ohm video cables. The four channels in a single SOIC-14 package reduce board area for multi-channel designs.

The TSH94IDT uses a voltage feedback topology with a wideband input differential pair driving a high-gain intermediate stage and a class AB push-pull output stage. The 70 MHz GBW product is achieved through a high transconductance input stage and careful frequency compensation. The 70 V/us slew rate is determined by the internal compensation capacitor charging current available during large signal transitions. The 5.5 nV/sqrtHz input noise results from optimized input stage bias current and transistor geometry. Unity gain stability is ensured by internal dominant-pole compensation. The output stage delivers 70 mA with low crossover distortion, suitable for driving 75 ohm terminated video lines.
