The STM32F207VCT6 is a high-performance ARM Cortex-M3 MCU from ST running at 120MHz with 256KB Flash and 128KB SRAM in LQFP-100. The Cortex-M3 core implements the ARMv7-M architecture with hardware divide (2-12 cycles), bit-band operation for atomic single-bit access, and a Nested Vectored Interrupt Controller (NVIC) supporting 81 interrupt channels with 16 priority levels. The ART (Adaptive Real-Time) accelerator provides 0-wait-state Flash access at 120MHz using 64-line instruction cache and 8-line literal pool cache, achieving 150 DMIPS. The Ethernet MAC supports IEEE 1588 precision time protocol (PTP) for network time synchronization. The USB OTG HS (High-Speed) controller supports device, host, and OTG modes with integrated PHY for full-speed operation. The DMA controller has 16 streams for memory-to-peripheral transfers without CPU intervention. The 12-bit ADC achieves 2.4MSPS in triple-interleaved mode. The device supports 1.8V to 3.6V operation with power-down modes down to 20uA.
