The MCIMX287CVM4B from NXP is an i.MX287 multimedia application processor with ARM926EJ-S core at 454MHz. Features dual 10/100 Ethernet MACs with IEEE 1588 and 3-port L2 switch, dual CAN 2.0B, USB 2.0 OTG+Host with embedded PHY, and LCD controller. Integrated PMU supports direct Li-battery operation. Part of NXP longevity program with 15-year minimum supply guarantee.

The MCIMX287CVM4B operates as a multimedia application processor. (1) The ARM926EJ-S CPU executes from 16KB I-Cache/32KB D-Cache with 128KB on-chip SRAM. (2) Memory controller supports 16-bit DDR2/mDDR at 200MHz. NAND Flash with BCH ECC up to 20-bit correction. (3) Dual Ethernet MACs with integrated PHY provide 10/100Mbps with IEEE 1588 timestamps. The L2 switch enables wire-speed forwarding between ports. (4) Integrated PMU generates all internal supplies from battery or external source.

  • In case of loss or severe damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the tracking information. We will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics provider.
