The IRLS3034TRL7PP from Infineon is a 40V N-channel HEXFET MOSFET in D2PAK-7 with ultra-low 1.4mOhm RDS(on) at 10V and 380A drain current. Logic-level gate (4.5V rated) with 120nC gate charge. 7-pin D2PAK provides dual source connections for low parasitic inductance. Designed for high-efficiency synchronous rectification. WARNING: This part is End of Life (discontinued). TRL7PP suffix denotes tape-and-reel, 800/reel, 7-pin D2PAK.

Uses Infineon HEXFET planar technology with optimized cell density to achieve 1.4mOhm RDS(on) in a D2PAK package. The 7-pin D2PAK package provides two source pins (in addition to the tab) to reduce parasitic source inductance, which is critical at the high di/dt rates encountered in synchronous rectification applications. The low VGS(th) (1.0-2.5V) enables logic-level gate drive from 4.5V, making it suitable for direct drive from 5V or 3.3V PWM controllers. The 0.4 C/W RthJC enables 375W power dissipation with adequate heatsinking.
