The Infineon IPD50N06S2L-23 is a 60V N-channel OptiMOS power MOSFET in DPAK package with 23mOhm RDS(ON) and 50A current rating. AEC-Q101 automotive qualified, it is designed for motor drives, DC-DC converters, and battery management in automotive and industrial systems. The logic-level gate drive (4.5V compatible) allows direct MCU interface without additional gate driver circuitry.

The IPD50N06S2L-23 uses Infineon’s OptiMOS trench technology to achieve 23mOhm RDS(ON) in the DPAK package. The trench gate structure provides high channel density with low specific on-resistance. The level-shifting gate design (S2L suffix) reduces the threshold voltage to allow 4.5V logic-level gate drive while maintaining 60V drain-source blocking capability. The DPAK package provides excellent thermal performance with a large solder pad for heat dissipation.
