The DS3231SN from onsemi (formerly Maxim Integrated) is a highly accurate I2C real-time clock (RTC) with an integrated temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO). With +/-2ppm accuracy (equivalent to +/-1 minute per year), it eliminates the need for external crystal and maintains timekeeping during power loss via battery backup. Packaged in SOIC-16 (300mil).
