The CY8C4014SXI-420 from Infineon (formerly Cypress Semiconductor) is a PSoC 4 programmable system-on-chip combining an ARM Cortex-M0 processor with programmable analog and digital resources in an 8-pin SOIC package. The device features 16KB of Flash, 2KB of SRAM, and Infineon’s industry-leading CapSense capacitive touch sensing technology using the CSD (Capacitive Sigma-Delta) algorithm. The CY8C4014SXI-420 operates as a PSoC (Programmable System-on-Chip) combining configurable analog and digital blocks with an ARM Cortex-M0 CPU.
