The AP2127K-ADJTRG1 is a 300ma cmos ldo regulator, adjustable 0.8v~5.5v output, 60µa iq, 170mv dropout, extremely low noise manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. This device is housed in a SOT-23-5 package and operates across a -40°C ~ +85°C. It supports a supply voltage range of 2.5V ~ 6V. The device features an output current capability of 300mA. The voltage regulator maintains a constant output voltage by controlling the pass element’s resistance in a feedback loop.
