The Lelon VZH101M1JTR-1010 is an ultra-low impedance aluminum electrolytic capacitor from the VZH series, offering 100µF capacitance at 63VDC in a compact SMD package (10mm diameter x 10mm length). With a 5000-hour endurance rating at 105°C and a ripple current capability of 450mA at 100kHz, this capacitor is designed for demanding power supply filtering applications. The low ESR and impedance characteristics make it particularly suitable for switching power supply output stages and DC-DC converters where high ripple current handling and low impedance are critical.

The VZH series capacitor uses a wound aluminum foil construction with electrolyte-impregnated separator paper between the anode and cathode foils. The anode foil is electrochemically etched to increase surface area and formed with a thin aluminum oxide dielectric layer. The ultra-low impedance is achieved through optimized foil etching, low-resistance electrolyte formulation, and compact construction. During operation, the capacitor filters ripple currents by storing and releasing charge in response to voltage variations, while the low ESR minimizes self-heating from ripple current flow.
