The UF4007 is an ultra-fast recovery rectifier diode rated at 1000V/1A with 75ns reverse recovery time in a DO-41 package, designed for high-frequency switching power supply applications.

The UF4007 uses gold-doped silicon to achieve ultra-fast reverse recovery (75ns). During forward conduction, the diode allows current flow with 1.7V max forward drop. When the voltage reverses, the stored minority carriers recombine rapidly (75ns), allowing the diode to block reverse voltage quickly. This fast recovery minimizes switching losses in high-frequency circuits.
