Product Overview
The TPS62177RGTR is a 28V, 0.5A synchronous step-down DC/DC converter from Texas Instruments featuring DCS-Control topology and a unique Sleep mode with 4.8µA quiescent current. With a 4.75V to 28V input range, 3.3V fixed output, and 1MHz switching frequency, it is ideal for 12V and 24V bus-powered systems requiring ultra-low standby power. The 2x3mm 10-pin WSON package minimizes board area.
