The TI TLV70233DBVR is a 300mA LDO providing a fixed 3.3V output with ultra-low 1uA quiescent current in SOT-23-5 package. The 1uA Iq makes it ideal for always-on battery-powered systems where standby current directly determines battery life. The 1.4V minimum input voltage supports operation from a single alkaline cell.

The TLV70233DBVR uses a PMOS pass transistor with specialized bias circuitry that achieves 1uA quiescent current while maintaining output regulation. The ±1% accuracy is provided by a trimmed bandgap reference. The device is stable with only 0.47uF ceramic output capacitor, minimizing solution size and cost. The 0.1uA shutdown current further extends battery life when the output is disabled.
